how do I sign up?

  1. Schedule your FREE workout session at the location of your choice.
    • Your first workout session is FREE! You will meet with me to work on your targeted areas and goals. We will identify not only your end game and how quickly we can get you there, but more importantly how to maintain and continue those results in a safe (not boring) way!
  2. CHOOSE PRIVATE OR SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING.
      • PRIVATE – Individualized, customized 1:1 attention, putting you up front. You define the areas you want to improve and I’ll tailor your workouts to get you there.
        SMALL GROUP – Grab a friend (or a few) for personal training in a small group setting. We will identify everyone’s individual goals and turn up the heat when we meet.
  3. Choose your location.
    • Two Options.
            1. Mobile Training – I’ll come to you! We can meet in the privacy of your own home, office or local park/track. (I’ll bring the equipment!)
          2. Charlestown Cycling Club – Whether you are a member or not, we can meet at the studio for private sessions.
  4. Choose your schedule.
    • 2-4 times per week is suggested, however you may choose to train daily, weekly or anywhere in between. Your schedule is important. Flexibility is key. (24 hour cancellation policy).
  5. Choose your package.
    • Packages are available at your discretion at a discounted rate.  Healthy on you and your wallet.
Added Bonus:

Outside of your sessions, I will be available to connect with you to keep you accountable toward your goals. Healthier nutrition alternatives may also be discussed upon your discretion.
